Our selection approach
The right lubricant is engineered backwards from your machine
Two disciplines, one method — start from the operating conditions, end at the exact grade.
Oil engineering
Engine, gear, hydraulic & compressor oilsWe start from the OEM's viscosity and performance requirement, then verify the ISO VG or SAE grade against operating temperature, speed, load and start-up conditions.
Then we align the base oil family — mineral, PAO, PAG or ester — to temperature extremes, drain interval and seal compatibility.
Grease engineering
Bearings, chassis & central lubricationThe complete formulation sets the working limits — base oil, thickener and additives together determine low- and high-temperature performance. We start from your coldest start-up and hottest running point.
Water resistance, load capacity, speed factor, pumpability — every thickener trades one for another. We weigh them against your duty cycle.

Formulations are supported by laboratory checks of viscosity, wear protection and thermal stability — and, where applicable, by field validation in industrial and automotive applications.
Grease engineering
Thickener profiles
The thickener is the skeleton of a grease. Each system has a personality — these are the five we work with most, rated 1–5 on the factors that decide real-world survival. Ranges and ratings are typical for the chemistry; actual limits vary by formulation — always refer to the product PDS.

Base oil families
The base oil is 80–99% of every lubricant. Choosing the right family decides temperature range, drain interval, and cost per running hour. VI figures and ranges are typical examples — they vary with chemistry and viscosity grade; refer to the product PDS.
